Full CAT A & CAT B Office Refurbishment
44-46 SCRUTTON STREET, LONDON
A full Cat A & Cat B refurbishment transformed this ground floor office into a modern, high-performing workspace. The layout was reconfigured to enhance functionality, including upgraded WC facilities and the creation of additional meeting rooms.
The project also delivered a new kitchen, energy-efficient lighting, MVHR and air conditioning, new flooring, and a refreshed entrance, completed with contemporary furniture and finishes.
The office was let immediately after completion, highlighting its strong market appeal.



Office Strip-Out & Full Refurbishment
13 CURTAIN ROAD, LONDON
This project transformed the ground floor office at 13 Curtain Road into a modern, flexible workspace. Following a full strip-out, the space was reconfigured into an open-plan layout with two meeting rooms, a hot-desking area, and a contemporary open kitchen.
Works included installation of an energy-efficient MVHR system, new lighting, premium flooring, and a bespoke kitchen, with furniture and finishes completing a high-quality, functional environment.
Workspace Refurbishment & CAT B Fit-Out
23 CURTAIN ROAD, LONDON
The CAT B fit-out was successfully coordinated to programme, ensuring efficient sequencing of trades, cost control, and minimal disruption.
A light refurbishment project delivering a refreshed and reconfigured workspace. Works included polishing the existing flooring, full redecoration of walls, windows, and ceilings, and installation of new lighting to create a clean, modern environment.
The kitchen was refurbished and the space completed with contemporary furniture and finishes, resulting in a functional and visually appealing office.
